“Claudia Mendoza currently lives between Uruguay, Costa Rica, and the United States. She is a Gestalt therapist and family constellation practitioner which she combines with over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. Her work in the industry has spanned fashion styling, sales, merchandising, buying, and representing independent fashion lines—primarily from Latin America.

Her passion for supporting and positioning small brands and creative projects in international markets has revealed a deeper truth: creators and brands often need more than just an agent to close deals. Most creative ventures require a highly personalized approach to representation and management—one that includes psychotherapy, wellness awareness, creative consulting, and strategic commercial guidance.

Claudia believes that true success in the fashion industry—an industry in urgent need of transformation—comes from a deep engagement with the creative process, from idea to realization.
