Valentina Hoyos Artizabal - France
“For more than forty years, I have had the privilege of learning from women and men from diverse cultures and traditions, whether within indigenous communities, among dedicated farmers or associations, each meeting was an opportunity for enrichment. My work as a weaver and textile designer is a blend of ancestral know-how, environmentally friendly practices and a way of life that is a homage to our planet.
What we offer are not only simple products; they embody the fruit of in-depth research, recurring setbacks, continuous improvements, overcoming doubts, shared successes and hard work. Each piece that we offer is the result of a meticulous process where every detail counts.
By choosing natural materials and native seeds, we affirm our commitment to sustainable production. This also means that we refuse to use chemicals during the cultivation cycle and processing stages. Our choices reflect a worldview deeply rooted in the protection of our environment and those who work tirelessly to produce these products and for us it is crucial to allow these men and women to live with dignity from their profession.
The humble simplicity of our products and their beauty reflect a philosophy of life that we cherish. We invite you to join this collective adventure, to rediscover the value of what is handmade, of what is authentic.
By supporting an ethical and sustainable mode of production, we hope to inspire you to take this path. Together, build a future where production respects people and the environment. This quest is not limited to our company, it is a call to all those who wish to make the world a more beautiful place.”
