“Since I can remember, I've imagined myself as an artist. There was always a strong desire to be seen and heard, not superficially, but deeply and authentically. Ironically, I was afraid to show my true self, to connect, to open my heart. Life led me to theatre, dance, and music. It guided me to connect with my voice, my body, and my emotions. Artistic expression taught me to trust life and Divine Creation.

Years later, here I stand before you, vulnerably opening myself to your perception. I no longer scrutinize my creations under a magnifying glass—nor do I need to. I simply offer you all that flows through me. My heart is full of love and hope that someone will be ready to see, feel, touch, and acknowledge themselves, and perhaps even find inspiration through my art.

My name is Giñtarė, and today I call myself a sound alchemist and intuitive singer.

Out of my instinct, for my sound work I've chosen the name SÃVASTIS, which translates to "truly being Yourself - the essence of Your being". This name beautifully encapsulates the core of my artistic philosophy and practice.

SÃVASTIS is deeply rooted in the concept of self-discovery and authenticity. It's about using sound as a tool for transformation, unity in community, self healing.”
